Professional can obtain contact hours for this event.  There is a $10 fee for processing of the certificate.  You will still need to purchase the admission to the event.

  2. Check off the sessions that you attend.
    (there will be a sign in sheet for each session, you will need to make sure you sign in for verification purposes)
  3. Mail the form along with the $10 payment to:

  4. You will receive your certificates in the mail.
